Lord High Advocate of Scotland, who followed his chieftan in the rebellion of 1715 & was imprisioned for some time at Newgate.

This information is not know as the family tree was taken from a letter between John Green & his sister Margaret Green (the letter can no longer be located). Mention was made of "our parents" & "our grandparents" hence no details provided for these two generations.

John married FRAZER, daughter of FRAZER and STEWART Lady Salton.
